Cornerstone is excited about this regeneration scheme that will create 45 high quality apartments and ground floor commercial units on an arterial route into Belfast’s thriving City Centre.
This corner site includes a derelict pub and some wasteland which is situated within walking distance of the City Centre whilst also being within walking distance to East Belfast's bustling suburbs.
Cornerstone is pleased to be able to transform this derelict site with a troubled past into a building which helps this corner of the city thrive and flourish.
It was this site that inspired one of Cornerstone’s key phrases ‘bringing light to dark corners’ and this is exactly what we aim to do on Clandeboye Street.
Cornerstone are a purpose-driven business that seeks opportunities to transform its city by developing property and building community. It aims to retain these units for a minimum of 5 years demonstrating its long-term commitment to the area.
